Wigs Online's Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions: Wigs Online will only accept Returns for items that are still in resalable condition and meet the following terms:
  1. Items must be in Original Packaging with no Rips, Tears or Cuts to the packaging
  2. Items will not have been worn except for the purpose of determining its suitability. Items should not have a worn smell.. e.g. Perfume, Smoke etc..
  3. Items must have all Labels still attached and all Tags included in the packaging
  4. Items must not be damaged or altered in anyway.
  5. Accessories, Eyebrows, Care Products and all Items Purchased from the Clearance items / Specials Section are non returnable.
  6. Refunds are subject to restocking and payment facility fees - All Returns may be subject to restyling fees if needed.
  7. Return / Exchange requests should be made within 3 days of taking delivery.
  8. Items Returned without an RA number may be rejected or subject to additional processing fees.
